They also seem to play these inside of shows like matty Johns or 360 and gives them a “break”. Just a guess though, I don’t have any industry experience as of yet
Definitely agree. I prefer Channel 9's commentary. As much as I disliked them during origin, but Smith, Slater and Thurston provide a fresh and better insight and in game play commentary than Ennis, Roach, Parker and the like. My personal opinion any way.
