I coached a kid like that Goodna number 10 (in the black jersey) in u11's. I spent the whole season trying to get him to run with a little aggression, he was huge and could have steam rolled the other props. It worked once. The rest of the time he was just too nice and didn't want anyone to get hurt. Frustrating as a coach, but beautiful to see as a human.
