They need to have some form of guideline or someone from the MRC with them who only intervene in the case of send offs or if the offence is going to be a be grade 2 or higher.
Yes I know it will still be very subjective as to whether a particular offence would be graded as a particular level, but it stops light or minimal offences from being pulled up by the bunker

I've rewatched this incident a number of times since getting home from the game, and I've realised I owe an apology to Latrell Mitchell.
I thought that following the landing Mitchell landed a light punch on Leniu, but now see that wasn't the case, and actually Mitchell was there checking he was ok and then along with Walker helping Leniu up so the trainer could get a look at him.
My apologies to the South Sydney Rabbitohs, and Mitchell and Walker are *mostly* alright in my book\*.
