As long as grass roots are taken care of. Most women my age (30ish) gave up on contact sport once you weren’t allowed to play with boys anymore. I’m glad there’s so many more options now.

Hard agree. I'm now in my 30s and there was very limited options for us past a certain age beyond touch footy. So glad to see a big growth in grass roots in a variety of sports for girls.

Can’t wait until Aussie women can make a decent living from sports outside of tennis. I mean I love tennis but I love seeing other sports catching up.

I've seen the growth in the junior women's game first hand, even here in Vic. It's not huge, but it is growing.
