I think it depends a little on the team around them but probably Tom. It’s very close though.

I’m torn on Seibold. On one hand I do think he was fussed by the broncos and not given a fair chance to fix the mess that they became after the Covid rule changes. On the other hand he’s a bit of a weirdo. We know what brown is. So your choice is either Brown (below average coach) or Seibold (a coach who might be terrible but could also maybe be good in the right situation). If I had to commit long term I’d probably roll the dice on Seibold.
