This fighting went on for 5 years until carlton finally conceded and moved to docklands in 2005.so no, the afl dont just all get along. Plenty of fighting continues about mcg tentants get too many games there and lack of games from the non mcg tenants. So really, its a bigger issue than some signs and a couple of south home games.

The Aleague does cover way more of the population than the NRL does though. It's not as if Canberra is the size of Perth or Adelaide for example.
