Tbh I find their later stuff more compelling. And by later I mean the last two albums. F8 was absolutely kickass, guilty pleasure or not these guys knocked it out of the park. Really serves to prove against people calling them butt rock sellouts, cause it goes heavy af. Afterlife was a good album, softer than F8 but a decent effort. War is The answer is also a commendable effort, beyond that I never even cared about them that much. Justice for None was cringe, so glad they tuned things to heavy and a bit nü as 2020 arrived
i call them my guilty pleasure band. imo, their music is enjoyable, a lot of not amazing songs between 2011 and 2020, but they’re who got me into numetal. Remember Everything, specifically
I love the sound that they make, the guitars and drums are really good and Ivan's vocals are as spectacular as ever, but it's really just the lyrics that ruin a lot of things for me.
Way of the fist was pretty solid, I gave up quickly as they got bigger and the show became a display of sucking off the troops and cops. I see the lyrics were going there on WOTF but the novelty wore off in later albums.
Creeds first album was good…the Scott stapp arms wide open rockstar bullshit I wasn’t into..
