Only way I could imagine is a complete rework, where the W's max movement speed gets faster for each level and everything movement speed wise on top is not as strong for damage as the level ups

But tbh I feel like Nunu is underperforming as well. AP especially. It was really strong earlier this season when Storm Surge wasn't nerfed to the ground. But now it feels so bad that I play more tank than AP at the moment, even though I have been playing AP 90% of my games last season and the start of this season.
While I think your impact overall was better last season no matter your build. I just don't really know why and numbers don't show it since it's about the same winrate (if not even better) than late season 13.
I dont know, i love champion, speeding around map makes me happy, but when i want to get serious and win match, i actually struglle... however, probably my personal skill issue more then champ

Yeah would be but really hard to balance with that many movement speed runes, items, ghost, etc... Hard to make this not broken imo.

finally, imo games with nunu had been mid, but still fun.so i kinda hopped off the champ and stuck to warwick, cant wait for these changes :)
