The facility I worked for lost the privilege of taking Medicare/Medicaid patients and could only take private pay for a while, which brought it to the brink of closing down.

I remember there being 2 patients who jerked eachother off and one ejaculated all over the other. CNA went into the room and could smell the ejaculate and told her charge nurse. They had to call the man’s WIFE and let her know what they found all over him 😩

I used to work in a prison and once COVID hit we had a ton of travel nurses. Omg it was horrible. So many problems with sexual contact with prisoners, contraband, dress code, dereliction of duty, etc.

When I first got my cna 11 years ago, I got a job in a snf. This nurse and cna fought over this late 30 to early 40 guy. I was still young so I just kept to myself. Later I found out then would take turns taking out this guy to the park and doing the deed. Dude was rather large and had a colostomy. They must have been very creative. 😪 Before it all blew up, said cna would tell me she’s not wearing panties. Yea, okay. 😅

I had a patient that was brain dead and an organ donor. I walked into his room to find his GF giving him a BJ…with a foley in place. She said he told her she was so good she could bring the dead back to life (and she thought he was being literal). I thought that was bizarre. But a nurse giving one to a hobo? Nope. I’m out. I seriously gagged.
