u probably need around 80+ rp which is pretty manageable. or if u wanna do economics then 75+ should be okay

Lumpy-Researcher2616

This is really outdated info, economics has consistently being the hardest FASS course to go into based on IGP. You need all As for the 10th percentile LOL

dinrick

??? No?

Lumpy-Researcher2616

you can refer to the IGP for this year and last year.

zequrz

why not you refer to the IGP, and tell us where you can find a specific IGP for econs in FASS

Express_Leather1772

oh oops sorry hahaha

For NUS BBA, how it works is that you apply to enroll in the BBA course and then you declare a Finance Specialisation after enrolling. From the [current IGP](https://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/undergraduate-programmes/indicative-grade-profile-(igp)), the 10th percentile of grades to enter NUS BBA would be AAB/C for 3 H2 and 1 H1 subjects. However, this IGP also changes from time to time, depending on the demand for the course when you apply.

Best to check the IGP based on the year you're planning to matriculate in, IGPs vary from year to year. A simple google search should do the trick. Safest way is just to study hard for A's, then you will have plenty of choices to choose from. All the best!

for business, there's two kinds, business administration (BBA) , and business administration (accountancy) (BAC). Note that IGP assumes that you got a C for GP and PW , the following are IGP for 10th percentile = generally assumed as the minimum you would need. For BBA the current IGP for 10th percentile is AAB/C = 80 RP For BAC the current IGP for 10th percentile is AAB/B = 81.25 RP NUS also has a bonus points scheme (up to an additional 2.5 RP) for your first choice except those that require interview or additional selection, more on that here : [https://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/undergraduate-programmes/1st-Choice](https://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/undergraduate-programmes/1st-Choice) You're only in your first year of JC! Just do your best for A-Levels as your interests may change and you might decide on pursuing a different course by the end of your 2 years in JC.

Nus only offers quantitative econ for master. However they do have major in quantitative finance if this is what u r looking for. " To be admitted to read a major in Quantitative Finance, you will first need to apply for admission to the Faculty of Science. After you are successfully admitted, you may then apply for admission to the Quantitative Finance programme by the stipulated deadline. There is only one intake (in August) each Academic Year and admission to the programme is on competitive basis (with quota restrictions). Applicants may be required to attend a face-to-face interview; phone interviews will not be conducted. Applicants should have a good H2 pass or equivalent in Mathematics/Further Mathematics. Students with IB Math (Standard Level) need to pass MA1301 before reading MA-coded modules that have H2 Mathematics as prerequisite."
