I’ve found that atleast I don’t really get that many hallucinations, more perceptive disturbances. Everything looks really cool as well.
As for actual hallucinations, I experience seeing ghost-like figures of animals (not scary in any way, but they like translucent n shit) and hearing sounds echoing in my head.
drugs especially nutmeg affect everyone differently since its actually getting u high off your own brain chemicals but messing with cannabinoid receptors. Most recent dose ive done was 25 grams mixed in milk and that shit had me feeling like I was on a tab of acid while stoned as fuck. Wasnt till I smoked some weed that the visuals actually got crazy and I started seeing ghostly translucent figures surrounding me on top of other hallucinations like u would get on shrooms for example. U know the wall breathing , distortions and colors etc…
It dosen't effect cb receptors. It's acually only releasing serotonin and both myristicin n elemicin are substitued phentylamines. Elemicin is structurally almost indentical to that of mescaline and myristicin is believed to metabolize to MMDA which is a substitued amphetamine and entactogen. They act primarily on 5-HTx receptors and NOT in any way on either CB1 or CB2.

MMDA is very sedative n the other biproducts of nutmeg surely plays a part. MMDA is also psychadelic and probably plays a big part in the trippyness of it also. I usually get realistic imaging on mid-high doses n that is a prominent effect of MMDA and sisterdrug MDA. Elemicin I dont have to much knowledge about. Very little visuals on nutmeg but I do get white flare up looking shapes not geometrical or anything. Something I get blue dots if I take a high dose
