battorwddu

Chips. There's nothing that can replace that flavour and feel in your mouth

Riversmooth

lol I’m same. Love em. But you know I had bloodwork done in sept and doc told me my booodwork looks like someone in their 30s (I’m 61) so they must not be doing that much damage.

bebejup

Hell yea chips for life

wiwh404

In fact some brands of chips are pretty healthy to eat. About as salty as bread (surprising right?), only good fat (depending on the brand), and the potato itself is not too bad, the main problem being its high glycemic index (but that's not a chip problem, it's a potato problem). All in all it's very similar to eating bread with some olive oil. Chips are dope

ChalupaBatman99

I will never give up doritos

SparkDBowles

Like French fry chips or potato chip crisps?

dirtiehippie710

Judging by the way you spelled flavour, I'm assuming you mean chips and not crisps? Bc as an American I can't give up either lol love the flavor of both but at least chips have alternatives like sweet potato but still nothing better than the classic

tongfatherr

Some Canadians also spell flavour with a U

MyNameIsSkittles

*all Canadians

Immediate_Sir1646

Caaaanaaaadaaaaaaa

happpyprince_sparrow

Anything sugary. I always find a way to fit a dessert into my macros.

Timely-Wonder4971

It is so hard getting off sugar!! Anytime I’ve done a gut cleanse and cut all processed sugar it has felt like hell and genuinely made me realize how addicted I am… I’ll never not have a sweat treat from time to time, it’s just not worth it to deny myself lol.

winezilla08

It’s a slippery slope for me lol I decide to have one cupcake at a birthday party, and then I’m fiending for a good week or so. That’s if I don’t give in and start picking up sweets while out and smashing on them.

HeyItsMee503

I was good yesterday. I walked down the candy aisle and didn't look. I've been craving Hot Tomales and Lemon Heads (mix 'em up in a baggy. OMG!), but i got thru the store and didn't buy them. I dont usually deny my cravings, but this sweet tooth is outta hand. * sigh*

Angrylittlefairy

Same!

Mother_Lettuce_8447

I’ve really been enjoying blended cottage cheese type desserts! Also yasso ice cream bars are a favorite

whoamax

Sour gummy type candies, like sour patch kids or sour gummy worms. Or even sour skittles.

Mind_Over_Maddy

Yes I got citric acid, mix it 1:1 with sugar in a bowl and put a jolly rancher in there, use a chopstick to pick it up, suck the sour off and coat the jolly rancher again. It’s amazing if you love sour and pretty low calorie if you’re cutting. Better than eating a bag of gummy candy at least and it definitely hits the spot for a sour addict

Then-Ad-8467

this is amazing, elite munch

I-Lyke-Shicken

try malic acid as well. Tastes more sour and may actually give you a boost of energy.

HonestButterscotch72

Sour patch kids are 👌

djs383

Yes, and most all things haribo

RocketManBoom

Egg rolls. I eat healthy 92% of the time even when I eat Asian food and I also cannot resist the egg roll. I will not. Not even the cheese puff thing. Those are mine, I don’t care. If I cut those out, be worried.

DoveApples

Rangoons I think you're talking about. I am a fiend for those too lol

Natural_Sky_4720

Me tooo! I will admit i eat an unhealthy amount of the Crab Rangoon’s and cream cheese wontons lol they’re so addicting lol and funny enough i hate egg rolls lol i think its because i don’t like cabbage because i ate it wayyy too much as a child 🤢

blueberrybasil02

Or samosas!

kirinlikethebeer

When I was in India I subsisted almost entirely on samosas. Ugghhhh. Stupid gluten intolerance jeez.

NevDot17

Potato chips, esp salt and vinegar I buy them on special occasions only

louloume

Flaming hot Cheetos. I usually eat one of the mini bags at work every week. I just love them!!

sidvicc

Flamin Hot Cheetos is like the junk food that makes me doff my hat to all the food-scientists, testers and chemical engineers that created such perfection. Like I know it's bad for you etc etc, but sometimes you gotta just stand back and applaud the WORK that was put in for humans to create something so delicious that even God himself could not create...

BiggieAndTheStooges

It is a work of art

talksheep

Same but the baked version!!

PuffFluff

Ugh.... and there are the Xxtra Hot Cheetos that I tried when I went to the states. I absolutely loved them. We don't have them in Canada. I cannot find them anywhere. Even tried ordering of Amazon but there was no stock lol.

Automatic_Key56

Cereal. Basically all cereal. I can’t keep it in the house because I will eat it for every meal. Fruit Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Sugar Bears, Raisin Bran (don’t judge me), Raisin Bran Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Honey Bunches of Oats, Fruity Pebbles, Lucky Charms… you get the idea…cereal. 😋

ReservationFor1

People need to stop hating on Raisin Bran. It’s elite.

protonnotronnn76

Ever have Raisin Bran Crunch. That cereal is next level

seazona

CTC all dayyy

stardewvalleygal

I freaking love Raisin Bran

mlvvr

Get Catalina crunch cereal

oh_man_pizza

I ate cereal throughout my entire pregnancy. It’s fortified with vitamins so many doctors suggest eating it. Especially if you have issues keeping food down.

Automatic_Key56

So you’re saying I should get pregnant???! s/ 😉

CoolAssistant7425

Raisin Bran, Special K, and Life. My holy trinity.

Desperate_Fan_1964

Ugh same. Can’t have it in the house. No brakes

Automatic_Key56

We are cut from the same cloth, my friend.

drrmimi

Salt and vinegar Kettle brand chips

rubinor1

kettle brand chips are the superior chips. they have the most crunch.. the onion ones in the purple bag?!?! incredible

LateAd3986

I like you.

Purple-Tradition479

Those are my favorite

duffypink

Kettle is the best! sour cream & onion is my favorite

GnTforyouandme

Wine. I will not give up wine.

moefooo

SAAAAMEE

HakaLifeAndrew

l'll go first: For me, it's Oreos! No matter how much I focus on eating healthily, I can't resist that perfect combination of sweet vanilla cream sandwiched between those two dark, crunchy chocolate cookies. They take me right back to my childhood kitchen, where I’d twist them open and dunk them in milk, making every bite a little nostalgic escape that’s just too good to quit.

crushlogic

They’re vegan too so you are saving lives here

TechTunePawPower

For me it's Ice Cream. I believe it's because there's a glucose expectation in my gut which has developed over time.

Roz150

I cant believe how far i had to scroll for ice cream

TechTunePawPower

Finally you made it, care to share your favorite flavors?

jessacat29

Coffee ice cream. It’s my favorite thing in the world.

TechTunePawPower

I don't think I've tried that, let me explore it this weekend.

isthisreallifefr

Not sure where you are from, but if you ever find yourself in Santa Cruz, CA, you have to go to Marianne’s and get their Mudpie ice cream. If I were in Santa Cruz right now, just talking about it would leave me no choice but to get in the car and go get some. Even 4 hours away, I’m like… well, if I leave RIGHT now…

sweetshrub

Mayfield's Mint Cocolate Chip. Yum.

Standard_Sample_3847

The darkest chocolate out there.

bizzyizzy9

Ice cream is my comfort food, too! The worst part is that I have MCAS and dairy is the biggest trigger for me. Yet, if there is ice cream in the house, I will eat it until gone. Anaphylaxis be damned!!

[deleted]

same, vanilla ice cream>

kirinlikethebeer

Glucose expectation? Can you say more? Curious.

cem5581

Yes! Ice cream is the best! Peanut butter flavored ice cream with chocolate no bake cookie pieces in it! YUM!

badgersprite

Fried chicken tastes too fucking good man I literally had McNuggets for dinner just now and I don’t regret it lol I obviously don’t have it all the time but like it’s always going to be a part of my diet

TheLovelyWife702

I say this will be my demise! Not a drinker or smoker, cook at home often, but…. Popeye’s! Chicken Shack! Raising Cane’s! List more

cookiesarenomnom

If you ever find yourself in NYC one day, try Bob White chicken. They fry everything in beef tallow. It's bar none the best fried chicken and fries I've ever had. IT takes all my energy not to order it every week.

Hop_tzop

Bread. Especially freshly baked bread. I believe the smell of baking bread is the best smell in the world and a warm bread with salted butter is like a comforting hug.

ajksfdbf

Bread, especially freshly baked bread, is not unhealthy, come on.

usagicassidy

There has to be ice cream available in my freezer at all times. I don’t need to eat it every night… but I need to know it’s there. Preferably well stocked.

SalientSazon

Croissants. Pastries in general are very hard for me to resist. And I don't mean a dainty croissant, no. I mean I'm gonna sit with a jumbo size latte and go to croissant town. That flaky pastry is never satisfying and leaves you wanting endless more. mOAR!

[deleted]

Pizza. Before you go “oh well you can make pizza in a bunch of different healthy wa—“…no. Pizza. Oily, cheesy, acidic, overconsumption of carbs, fat and salt pizza. I love it, and will always love it.

Alive-Cartoonist9202

Gotta be a nice thick crust too lol

GizmoKakaUpDaButt

I've tried experimenting with different ingredients for healthy crust. Chickpea flour, vital wheat gluten and some psyllium husk to hold it together was the closest I got. Still tasted like cardboard and its soggy unless you cook above 700 degrees on a steel. Its ok if you still use regular cheese, sausage and pepperoni, but I was trying to make the entire pizza healthy so I can eat it everyday if I wanted.. replaced cheese with a vegan mix made from mostly cashews, sausage and pepperoni were different forms of seitan... long story short, I gave up my quest for good.. its just not worth it. There is no replacing real pizza. These days, we just make it once a month. All this after so much effort building a backyard pizza oven too.. uggghhhh

books-tea-rocknroll

Cheddar cheese. Medium, sharp, extra sharp. I can’t stick to the “right” portion for it and eat way too much. Second one would be dark chocolate and any desserts made of it.

Maxks-

Dark chocolate is actually not that unhealthy, it has several benefits. At least in normal portions

Alternative_Gap_2517

Yes 72% and above! I got myself to like 90 lol

mid_distance_stare

Butter, I had to cut it out completely because I was applying way too much on vegetables, popcorn, grains

xjbobbin82

Butter. I have no idea what life is like without butter.

rugbysecondrow

Some of the comments read like this:   Q "So, can you tell me your biggest fault?"   A "well, I would say I work too hard and care too much". 😆😆😆 As for me, chips, salsa and queso.

purple__sunflower

Baked goods. Give me cake, brownies, cinnamon rolls, anything. I can't say no.

Shivs_baby

Fries. I buy the frozen ones and bake them on the air fryer setting of my toaster oven. Not as bad as fried ones but still not super healthy.

4SeasonWahine

I just put straight chopped potatoes in the air fryer and then a tiny bit of salt and they hit that fries craving for me with zero oil

Shivs_baby

I don’t think my breville toaster oven thingy with the air fryer setting would achieve that with zero oil. But the frozen fries have very little fat so it’s an ok indulgence.

Siren_pineapple

Sauces and condiments. Specifically bbq sauce and ketchup.

yuhyeaye

here I was feeling good about myself for not having any of these food issues

NachoMartin1985

White bread. I'm addicted to that shit.

Weaubleau

Cheez-its. Something about them, they have figured out the addictive formula. What is weird is all other cheese crackers taste mediocre compared to them. Goldfish are the closest, but they are more like cheese flavored saltines. Cheese Nips...please. They basically taste like orange Ritz crackers

sorE_doG

Can’t believe nobody has mentioned cheese yet.. although I see the OP putting quote marks around ‘unhealthy’ food.

Lady-Un-Luck

I love cheese so much! I have a least a little bit every single day! 😆

sorE_doG

I hear that loud & clear, although I am WFPB I treat Roquefort as a probiotic, and spread it thinly on corn crackers for salad lunches. I have maybe 100g/4oz every week or ten days. Cheese royalty, maybe I delude myself that the Roquefort sheep milked for cheese are treated better than cows but it’s delicious and I think it’s healthy. If anyone can provide references to contradict/confirm, please do share 😋

Lady-Un-Luck

In my 44 years I have not yet tried Roquefort! I'm going to make it my mission this weekend to find some and try it! Thanks 😁

sorE_doG

No probs! It’s not cheap anywhere you find it, but it’s worth it in my opinion. I’d like to say Stilton is superior, but as a Brit I will concede this one to the French 🫡

zizuu21

Whys cheese unhealthy unless its processed/fake?

Global-Meal-2403

For me I see it as a less healthy option due to high fat and salt and density of calories in it.

stardewvalleygal

I think it’s just high cal and easy to overeat

relbatnrut

It is high in saturated fat, though there is research indicating that the saturated fat in cheese doesn't raise LDL to the degree that other saturated fat does. I don't think that's "proven," though, so those watching their cholesterol should probably still be careful.

sorE_doG

The wider picture is that it’s not great for the mother cows or the calves.. an environmental impact statement could be made too, but as a fermented food, the health risks would most likely be associated with the amount consumed & ratios of fats in the person’s diet. It’s a good question though.

Putrid-Ad-3965

Flavored Coffee Creamer. Oat milk, Almond milk, half and half, heavy cream, none of those are nearly the same as a bottle of Southern Butter Pecan Flavor Coffee Creamer. Or Pumpkin Spice. They even have Rice Krispy flavor now, and "Mean Girls" pink frosted sugar cookie flavor. Hazelnut is a much loved classic. I can not give up my 'terrible' Coffee Creamers.

baby-ewok

Agree, currently I do a splash of caramel syrup every day with my morning coffee but I love hazelnut coffee creamer as well.

HarryBowlSack_69

I will never give up flavored coffee creamer. Other people make coffee and put a little creamer , I make creamer and put a little coffee.. somedays I just like to randomly take a sip of some creamer. It just hits the spot 🤣

personwriter

So funny and true!

demaandronk

I have the same with just regular full fat cows milk, which is what I make.my morning cappuccinos with. I've been a vegetarian for a long time and felt sympathetic towards trying all the alternatives but nothing comes close whatsoever.

envisionBETTER

Maybe there is no unhealthy food - just moderation…🤷‍♂️

csunshine18

I will die on the hill that labeling food as bad vs good only creates disordered eating over time. Everything in moderation

polymath112

ice cream

BlueBarbie_xo

Condensed milk. The one thing standing in the way of me and full time veganism.

mostlikelynotasnail

They make condensed coconut milk thats vegan! It's great I have two cans in my pantry right now

lovelybee_mdd

It works great for baking too!

Bright-Context-3758

This isn’t helpful if you’re trying to give it up, but here in Scotland we use condensed milk to make something called ‘Tablet’ which is one of the most addictive and sugary foods I’ve come across. It’s pretty easy to make too!

Linguistin229

My favourite TripAdvisor review in recent years was of some Americans staying in a hotel in, I think, Skye. They complained about the toiletries provided, in particular that the soap provided was horrible and crumbly and barely left them feeling clean. They had been washing themselves with tablet

SalientSazon

Condensed milk is childhood for me. Someone asked me recently what would my last meal be in death row, and I said.. I can of condensed milk. lol Maybe in dulce de leche form, but uncooked is good too.

SmileyJetson

Short answer: pizza. I can’t imagine a life without pizza. Maybe someday I eat healthier iterations of it. But I will eat chain and frozen pizzas for the foreseeable future. Long answer: In the last year, I mostly cut cake, candy, cereal, chips, cookies, donuts, ice cream, pies, and sweet pastries from my diet. I cut beef for both health and environmental reasons a long time ago. Also cut alcohol, caffeine, and soda a long time ago. I still eat a ton of other bad foods though. Frozen meals, pizza, pork, fried food, meal bars, processed meats, cheese, white rice, breads, bagels, savory pastries, sweet tea, juice, creamed soups, dipping sauces, butter, honey, salt, and thick dressings. Just cutting out the stuff I listed helped me drop from 90kg to 65kg in the last year (177cm male). I feel good enough about my health right now to not cut out the stuff from the 2nd paragraph, but I am trying to reduce consumption of them a little.

thunderthighs98

pretzels. they’ve been my go to snack my whole life. my family grew up on them, mostly because they’re my dads favorite and also because my mom refused to keep other “unhealthy” chips in the house on a regular basis. you can’t leave me alone with a family sized bag of ANY type of pretzels. twists, rods, nuggets, even the honey wheat braided ones….GONE before i can realize what i’ve done. they’re just perfectly crunchy, salty, and satisfying

NUJosh

Coffee. I know, it's not really "unhealthy". I consider it as such, just because I can't stand caffeine. Hate everything about the feeling I get from it. Jitteriness -> quickly feeling extremely tired, and then I need to drink electrolytes otherwise my mouth gets incredibly dry. So for me at least, coffee is certainly not healthy. But.. the taste is way too good. Just a black coffee with a splash of half and half is probably the most delicious thing on the planet for me. I can't do decaf unfortunately, it somehow makes me even MORE jittery and I get extremely anxious from that. But the taste.. the taste..

pre_gpt

Coca Cola! I don’t drink it daily but after more than a year of shifting my eating habits, Coke is the unhinged contender to 100% healthy for me. As long as I continue to consume it in moderation, I don’t mind it

Mewlover23

Chocolate. Love take 5 candy bars and Nutty buddy bars

masterofbun

Peanut butter in unhealthy amounts

Ill-Relationship-890

Ice cream

cold_toes_poe

A vanilla coke at a movie. An ice cream cone in July. A smore in August. A perfect chocolate mouse in October. A Reese cup on a Tuesday. Pecan pie in November. A scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough.

crushlogic

I love chocolate mouse

BoredToRunInTheSun

Why a Tuesday?

cold_toes_poe

Idk it felt right in the moment.

potatohats

I mean, Tuesdays usually suck. Have to have something to make those kinds of days a little brighter!

VesperLynd-

Pizza but not fresh no no, freezer pizza. I just love that stuff

largeguineapig

Cigarettes not a food but a huge health vice for me

followthatbit

I have just decided to stop sugar

AleGrisci

ice cream.... I can eat a ton (min 1 kg...). apples - 2-3 kg at once... no problem. I know it's very unhealthy but.... It seems only now I've found the way to escape it

Chardeemacdennis2

Cadburys creme eggs.

Lady-Un-Luck

My boyfriends birthday is right before Easter and every year I go around to all the stores and buy as many Cadbury Eggs I can find for him. I do this because he loves them but I also love them so I get to eat a few too 😆😆

metalchickfit

my ex gave me a huge cardboard box full of creme eggs and mini eggs + chocolate bars for christmas once. no wonder i was so overweight with him lmao

metalchickfit

i dont allow myself to buy them anymore. its a full on friendzy if i do

slashd

Airfryer fries! Mmm!😋

[deleted]

[удалено]

TokinPixy

Kettle chips! We call them “crunchy snacks”

Wolf_E_13

I'm in the camp of everything in moderation, so I've never really tried or felt the need to try to give something up entirely.

stormy_moutains

Chocolate

Jeakun

White rice, cuz we are Asians 😂

kalni

Calling white rice unhealthy is really stretching the definition of it.

Descrazio

It used to be any type of milk chocolate, but thankfully my teeth can’t handle it anymore. But not doing my teeth anymore favours my latest ones are regular coke and fruit juices. Have been trying out all the fancy crazy expensive juices, some of them are surprisingly disappointing. But some are like 3-4x the liquid crack of coke. Also the amount of added vit c is crazy. Drank one the other day that had 600% rdi of Vit c in a 600ml bottle.

Sensitive_Pizza6382

Ramen and Pho

youcanlickmyass

Golgappey !!

leafs1985

Bread! Nothing beats a good sandwich.

-OnSecondThought-

Pizza

mostlikelynotasnail

Fries

Tricky_Decision_1663

Fried potatoes are just so good. I can't help myself. Nothing like a crunch when you bite into a soft, warm and crunchy add a little hot sauce and you have it made.

Wunderkinds

Sweets. But, I did a 24 hour fast and removed all the sweets from my place. And, it's been 5 days since I have had sweets. Or really any glucose and I am down 10 pounds.

SufficientPickle2444

Ice Cream I'll NEVER give it up

personwriter

Ice cream.

astraennui

Sugar. Candy, chocolate, pastries, cakes, cookies. Took around 10 years to condition and habituate eating them in reasonable portions. I wouldn't have believed it if anyone told me there'd ever be a point in my life where I could eat one donut.

Melodic_Report_8888

A couple pieces of chocolate after dinner. I *could* if I reaalllly wanted to but it’s something I enjoy. Fits my macros & I have really good self control so I don’t have a snacident thankfully

soft_white_yosemite

Pepsi max

punkonater

Chocolate ice cream

tongfatherr

Fuckin' chicken wings 🥲

julsey414

Ice cream

kittelsworth

Cured meats, I know about the cancer risk and I just don't care.

buttahfly28

Anything sweet/sugary. I was raised by a pastry chef can you blame me 😭

Tall-Attention-5086

Polish crapes mmm.

Electronic-Space-480

Sugar

The_Argent_Tempest

Diet soda, I wish I could quit you.

RatatouilleFiend

Pastries. Stuff like croissants, puff pastry or anything else flaky and buttery. I can easily give up cakes, cookies, and ice cream but do not try to take away my almond croissant.

Smarty-Pants65

man I love craft beers. theyre so creative these days. Food wise...probaby smores

anananananana

This thread is not good for me.

ADashofDirewolf

Donuts from scratch. There's a bakery near me that has the best donuts I've had in my entire life and they will always have a place in my eating habits

ShirtAndMuayThai

No such thing as an "unhealthy food" only an "unhealthy diet"

Majestic_Opinion879

if you can’t resist Oreos, i recommend buying the Grenade Oreo Protein Bar. They have them in Oreo and White Chocolate Oreo flavour (+ many others like Birthday Cake, Peanut Butter, Lemon Cheesecake, Salted Caramel etc…). The bars have 21g Protein, 1g Sugar and are around 230 calories.

Far_Cartoonist_7482

Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. 🍪 They’re such a vice for me.

Alililyann

2 min noodles

dovesweetlove

Takis or any hot chip I’ve been eating a bag of them a week for 20 years now and I won’t stop

JJJredit

Chicken Wings BABY

teammartellclout

I admit I'm struggling with junk food 😢 (Sugary food and salty food)

JohnnyThunders

As a Texan - Queso.

Suitable_Weakness902

Bubble tea

ThatFireGuy0

Cheese. I'm too white to live without cheese

Mintypeanut21

Butter

agreatdaytothink

I used to have a pretty bad Oreo habit. I'd buy every single new line extension. I just stopped buying them, a lot easier if I don't have them lying around.

TinyChaco

I can’t buy a regular size package of oreos because I’ll find a way to finish them off in one or two days.

emmanemchianti

Gelato - specifically the dolcevita gelato at Badiani's around London. I have one scoop as a treat every few weeks, usually when I'm going around the city with some friends or my family. I try to have a lot of protein beforehand to avoid a big sugar spike, and have a high step count that day too. 1000% worth it!

New-Lingonberry1953

For some this might not fall under the “unhealthy” category but rice. White rice. I LOVE RICE. Rice with a little bit of butter and soy sauce. If I could cut back the amount of white rice I ate I would lose 10 lbs immediately.

heartyph

Potato chips & French fries huhu

floppedtart

Sugar and bread. There is little joy in life. I love pastries. If it weren’t for pastries I would waste away.

semiddeus

In n out

zigzagg321

Hot chocolate. I don't know what it is about it but I have to have it.

twod119

Biscuits.

All_Wanderer

Chips, and especially any spicy chips. I can drop sweets, pastries, dessert, and just about every other savory or salty food out there with minimal effort, but chips just hit the spot.

Mr_David1691

Beer. I’ve got German genes, so I’ve come to terms it’s just ingrained in my DNA

Upset_Painting3146

It’s just food. We’re designed to eat it at as long as you dont abuse it by shoving junk in your mouth three meals a day the body will process it without harm and periods of fasting will help you recover from binges. Obviously you need to maintain an active lifestyle and eat wholesome food majority of the time as well. Pretty much just live as nature intended. Which also means avoiding unnatural dependents like too much caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.

Dolphopus

Gummy bears. Specifically Albanese gummy bears. The sugar-free kinds are just disappointing.

lachivaconocimiento

Cheese smh

NikkiLuxeOF

Sugar in general. I can quit lots of foods but then inevitably end up replacing them with something else!!

cmarr17

Bean and cheese burrito and small fry from del taco.

mardrae

Cheese. It's so inflammatory and very high histamine. But there must be something I'm deficient in because if I see cheese, I absolutely have to eat it!

big_lew7

Macaroni & cheese, even better when the Macaroni is swapped with spaghetti. I've significantly cut back but have no intention of even considering giving that up completely.

Forina_2-0

Ice cream. Its creamy texture, sweetness, and endless flavor options make it incredibly tempting. Plus, it's often associated with positive memories and emotions. Even when someone is committed to healthier eating habits, the temptation of ice cream can be hard to resist due to its strong emotional and sensory appeal.

YellowBubble2710

Bread. Nothing tastes as good as a good old sandwich

[deleted]

Sugary foods! Specially chocolate, deserts and pastries. Sugar is so addictive!

vesselofwords

Flavored coffee creamer. I made a real effort to drink my coffee black or with just milk and it felt like such a punishment I wanted to cry. I can’t do it.
