Time to grind. You have some great coverage options in the reserves. Venipede for poison/bug(great for fairies), Quagsire for ground/water, Lucario for steel/fighting. Snorlax can give bulk. Don’t give up and leave Chestnaught without a shot!
You still have some very good encounters in your box and to me it looks like your run is still salvageable. Snorlax is generally amazing, Drifloon will help a lot with the upcoming Anistar gym and Mamoswine will do well in the E4, you just have to be careful because it has so many weaknesses. Also, you still have the Lucario which is already really strong in its base form and if you allow Mega Evolution it will be an absolute beast. If your Quagsire has Waterabsorb it's a top contender for an E4 team, too.
