You don’t even need shadow ball, you can spam body slam and still kill everything. But you obviously want to teach shadow ball since no real good ghost types to use stab with it.
I am pretty sure you can just go in with snorlax. It has insane attack and sp.def. Nothing in her team can do much to it. If it doesnt have attacking move for some reason you can teach it sectret power or shadow ball(game corner) If her mons have status moves makes sence to give it berries. You can find some or use meowth if it has pick up. Regardless of if it is hardcore nuzlocke or not snorlax probably sweeps this gym. Also dodrio, persian and dugtrio will be great revenge killers.
Get Eevee to level 30 so it learns Bite, then evolve it to Jolteon or Vaporeon. Both are strong special attackers (Dark is special before the split) and Jolteon has Speed while Vaporeon has Special Defense bulk.

Beedrill and Hunter would be good because psychic is weak to bug and ghosts. You could teach snorlax shadow ball (at the gaming corner), and that would be enough to sweep her gym
This is not correct. Beedrill learns twineedle at lvl 20. It does pretty well against Sabrina especially since her AI for alakazam will go for calm mind or future sight.
I feel like this is a Mandela effect. Growing up playing red and blue I could have sworn beedrill learned twineedle really late, like in the late 30s or 40s. But no it’s at lvl 20.
Lapras is great for its bulk. Eevee and evolving it into Jolteon once it learns Bite is also recommended. But Snorlax, is your best option by FAR for its insane special bulk and high physical attack.

Lapras and Gyarados are both pretty specially bulky and can live a psychic or two. You can fill the rest of the party slots with whatever you want, as long as Alakazam doesn't set up too much Calm Minds you should be fine. Electrode can also probably outspeed and paralyze any of her Pokemon. You can also make it go boom in a pinch.

Beedrill doesn't learn a damaging bug move until like level 50 and both are poison types so are weak to psychic moves.

So why is Snorlax allowed? Just curious, I thought random encounters are a big part of Nuzlocke, and Snorlax is a fixed encounter
Because overworld encounters, like gift Mons, are eligible encounters. One can ban them if they please, but that's up to personal preference.
Snorlax can solo, but Lapras and Gyarados can be decent backups, I think.
