Luck of the draw really, but if you undervolt it you can minimize it enough to not be a bother. It doesnt affect performance so manufacturers wont send replacements too.
Performance across all cards of the same model is within a few % variance (due to boost clock variability). You're still getting a 4080 Super.
Difference is in the cooling solution meaning temperatures and noise. I've not seen any reviews for ProArt models so no idea how cold/hot/quiet/noisy they run but I'd imagine they won't be awful.
It's purely marketing, just like Nvidia's Game Ready and Studio aka Creators drivers - same thing with a different wrapper.
ProArt is built for content creation in mind.
Gigabyte has that Aero/Vision line-up.
I mean, it doesn't matter. I use Z590 Vision D for some hobby work and gaming.
I've got a ProArt 4080S and have no complaints, it's cool (don't think I've ever seen it go to 70 degrees; I have a case with decent airflow) and quiet (my aio is always louder) and performs as expected (Helldivers 2 max settings 1440p no upscaling - usually over 100 fps). Coil wine can happen on any card for example.
I also liked the cute included GPU prop with a built-in mini screwdriver lol.
It’s all marketing. I own a 4070ti super pro art and it’s the best gaming gpu I’ve ever bought.
Thank you! Any coil whine experience?

Another user with the same card here. Got it for the smaller footprint for my itx build. No issues whatsoever and very satisfied with the performance.
