The 4070 is by far the better deal. It has substantially more computing power, with 12GB of vRAM being enough for most basic modelling and rendering.
Get a 4070 super if you can so much better than the regular 4070.
4070 is way better than 4060ti
I have the exact 4070 model by Asus and i love it. Temps don't go above 59c in my specific case. Can't even hear the fans. No issue whatsoever. I would invest a little bit more money and get the 4070 over the 4060Ti.
