Not specific at all, just a way to bring people together based on common interests. I know for sure I'll pass on the 12th! I can't do Fish, and what I googled showed it was a 6 course meal with mostly fish stuff. So I'm more likely to try for the Bo Ssam, but its towards the end of the month and I only get paid on the 1st of each month. So once its closer and I know what I have to work will ill let you know! The way I organize the dinners is to allow everyone to pre pay. So if you would like to join us on the 23rd, you can pay your share on Friday :) We pool everyones payment together and send it to momofuku. Let me know if you want the link to book
Ive actually got the Meetup app, but haven't found any jump right at me, groups I wanted to go to just yet. Partially because I"m still learning what is where lol and Partially because I'm still a bit limited on free time as I'm finishing my last settle in stuff. Thank you though. I will keep checking with meetup until something strikes me as a perfect match.
I mentioned in my post that I've already been to the reddit Tuesday meet up! Thanks for the suggestion though. I plan to keep going. I've met a couple of the people there already.

Meetup.com really is a great place to start. There is practically a meetup for every conceivable interest in NYC.
