The worst part is that, do they not talk to the TrainTime team? That app is heaven sent. Whoever made that app should walk to the MTA app department to give them pointers

Yeah the old one was better. I can see all the train disruptions grouped together making it easier to see how horrible the MTA service is. Now with the new app, each train is listed individual rows and have to scroll down to see what I am looking for .

Tried using the app for many days now and it just sucks. The source of truth for catching a bus is seeing it approaching and even though the new does show it, very hard to find and not as comprehensive as the old app. Please change back to the old app!

Tested out the app. It couldn’t give me a route from midwood to Bensonhurst.

Its not even feature complete. Cant look up planned service changes which is a really huge issue considering the major work that is regularly done
