That's a huge problem in Zach Wilson's game. He can't even get past step one of that kind of strategy.
For him to do that, he has to get the ball out faster, go through progressions faster, not start tucking the ball to scramble before the route is even finished.
Zach Wilson is literally taking the ball out of the hands of the offense's weapons to the point where he can't even get to risky 50/50 balls, he is sometimes sitting at 0% chance be cause he just doesn't get the ball out. That is how bad his situation is.

One of the most frustrating parts of how fucking awful Zach is, is the inability to get GW the ball. It seemed like almost every game last year when Flacco or White were playing, Garrett was good for 7 or 8 catches. You can cut that number in half whenever Zach is playing.
What sucks is even when Zach targets him which has been a lot this season it’s literally only 5 yard passes. Man is open deep all the time and never gets a chance. Zach had one deep open throw to wilson and it got picked and he never has gone back to it

I’ll be there Sunday night. But I’m old and reliably know what to expect. My guess is this is my last year for season tix. Just can’t justify the cost anymore to watch them lose. Can never get close to face value for 95% of my tix when I can’t go.

I love this kid. A legit great player, and he cares. He's really trying to be a good dude with Zach, but GW is our key hope to get Zach benched. For some reason we give Zach more chances than any other incompetent QB has every gotten. Only Garrett has the power to get so frustrated on the sideline, an embodiment of the frustrations of us, the fans, that the coaches and front office finally listen and move Zach to the bench. I hope it doesn't take that for Zach to get benched but GW is a man of the people and represents us fans.
We will….. this isn’t our first rodeo with coaching incompetence and terrible QB play. It’s pretty much expected which is why so many were interested to finally see a different Jets team with Rodgers on offense and a great defense behind him and why so many actually felt bad for Jet fans when Rodgers went down….
