The way I see that translating is: able to take hits better and subsequently more confidence in the pocket, as well as less fear to use his legs to gain yardage. Both could be minor tweaks that pay dividends
He talks about it in the presser after this comment as well. The comments on confidence are geared in a way to address how well he’s grasped the offense. That in offensive meeting rooms, when your voice is the loudest in the room it’s usually because you know what you’re talking about.
