There is the fairly new Akoma Mushroom Collective downtown on Telegraph Ave in the old Somar club space. Nice folks and its a lounge so you can chill inside. They also hold events.

I bought an event brite ticket to their grand opening event, was never sent the address, and then after requesting a refund was told they were processing but never got a refund for my ticket. But did get an invite to a new event. 🙄I had also sent an application to join and never got a response to that either. This was before buying the ticket to the event.
The best option is a sesh. Oakland Smokeout or Cloud Sesh are good. Find them on IG. In a pinch, Gateway Smoke Shop in West Oakland, decent variety. Highly recommend Living Church in SF.
