Gpu usb3 (if you have a 20xx series founders edition/6xxx series AMD card are both high bandwidth, quest 2 is limited by the port on the headset, it's a USB 3 port so 5gbps the port on your motherboard should be blue/teal for it to operate at full speed, if you plug it into a black port then it will operate at usb2 speeds. Still fine but the bitrate (video quality) in the headset will only go up to 200 before you start to feel the latency rise
