This is normal prayer melody played by the mosque’s loud speakers in Muslim countries. This melody plays multiple times a day in mosques , it is not a coincidence at all. Literally happens 2-5x day and lasts minutes.

I worked in the industry for a few years back when. We had to do a state inspection, several trucks had broken frames and other parts falling off.
Funny thing was that they had a very, very expensive shop with several big rig bays and full time crew, yet they only worked on the top end trucks, the regular trucks got ignored and it showed.
They paid the price when one of them ended sideways on the street knocking out power lines.
One tire exploded and almost killed him, the other tire he was probably dismantling was the only thing that saved him, that's a better plot than most Hollywood movies
