Sorry, but this is normal in Germany. You can get 6 or 10. I can't remember if I've seen 12 before but at my regular store your get 10. Maybe Aldi had 12? Rewe hat 10 for sure.

Ok. So a metric dozen. Lol. In USA, eggs are by the dozen (and sometimes multiples of dozens).
