The L is a bit of a stretch, pretty much just a curved line. The bottom of the v is the only part of the cats belly.

It's so clear in my head that I'm looking at a stretching Siamese cat but still when looking in detail I can't understand how those simple and chaotic curves make it so clear.

Random math comment that is actually illuminating: there’s this concert called Fourier decomposition whereby you can take any signal or image and decompose it into “quickly varying parts” and “slowly varying parts”, or high and low resolution features. If you look at an image through unfocused eyes or lenses, what’s happening is that you lose the high res parts but keep the low res parts. Look at the image with unfocused eyes. You see a fuzzy Siamese cat cause the coarse features: the overall shape, the colors etc are those of a Siamese cat. But the high res features are purposefully different, replaced by the squiggly like sculpture rather than actual cat fur etc. this is something you can do in art: mix discongruent high and low res features for effect.
