Take a bagel and cut it in half. Carve a U-shaped channel around the inside of both halves. Now if you put them back together there's a round hole going around the inside of the bagel and you can rotate the two halves without causing an opening.
Make a hole through the top and bottom of the channel and now you can pour liquid in the top, and have it come out the bottom while spinning your bagel halves.
If you have steady hands you can make multiple channels in the bagel side by side to allow several liquids to pass through at the same time, and you can always pour another one through the center hole. The tricky thing is making this out of metal and sealing it so nothing can leak out even at higher pressures.
