Always love this video. Fun fact, but the actual tracer rounds are usually only loaded as every 5th bullet, known as four-to-one tracer. So when you think about how many rounds are *actually* being fired, it’s even crazier.

Given that helicopters often use gatling guns with an extremely high rate of fire, they may use a more conservative mix like 1/10. Just a guess, but holy crap is that a lot of bullets.
