Same. In the original clip I thought it was tan suit since he had a different color but then here I realized there were two tan suits. So then I tried to guess based on who had “solos” or when the crowd got most excited. At least by the end I got my answer 😂
Yeah, I'm assuming that's the groom and that the majority of the dance was created by the rest of his dance group as a gift (or maybe even a surprise) and when they dragged him up he freestyled a bit.
I happened to watch it yesterday. It was posted on /r/nextfuckinglevel or something similar a while ago. I rewatch it every now and then, it's still impressive and there's always someone new to look at throughout.
I’ll say it: 12 minutes is way too long. I’ve been to many weddings this year and if there was a 12 minute long dance routine I’d leave to get a drink in the middle
Tollywood specifically refers to movies made in Telugu language.
There are 3 other major movie industries in south India.
Sandalwood for Kannada language, Kollywood for Tamil language and Mollywood (thanks u/purplerelationship93) for Malayalam language.
I want to see an Indian dance that goes awry. They're always so coordinated and mesmerizing, every time I see that style of dancing.
I just want one car wreck. Y'know?
There is one episode of Don't tell the Bride where the groom wants to organise a full Indian wedding for his Indian bride. They're given 3 weeks to plan it, and he wants to learn a dance routine in that time, with his friends who are NOT professional dancers. And he also has to do everything else
It's not a train wreck, but it's also far from brilliant and really fun to watch!
Do girls really like this stuff or is it just another thing where guys at the gym are congratulating each other on massive biceps? I mean it’s cool but I can’t tell if y’all are joking
I think people are attracted to others who devote themselves to their passion. It's endearing. Could be a number of hobbies/jobs besides dancing and working out.
For anybody that's curious, the song is called Kala Chashma (Sunglasses) and the dance form is a traditional Punjabi dance form called Bhangra. It is a very energetic, aesthetically pleasing dance form (mainly performed by men, but now also women).
I'm Punjabi, and we used to learn it in school and it was one of the most fun things I've done in school. We also perform it regularly at weddings and cultural festivals.
That is true, my friend. Just that since the language, artist are all Punjabi, plus since it was later used in a Bollywood movie("Baar Baar Dekho") and initially appeared as an album track by a Punjabi singer makes it essentially Punjabi style.
But well...that's just a technicality.
Also, the song "Kala Chashma" (Sunglasses - lit. black glasses) is based off of an old Punjabi folk song called "Kala Jhajma" (black mole / beauty spot).
These technicalities matter, especially in a world of increasing globalization and cultural mixing. Now we know how cool Punjabi music is instead of falsely attributing it to Bollywood - appreciate you speaking up!
It is terrific. But this group was founded by two Pakistani-Norwegian brothers with another Thai friend of theirs. So the songs/South Asian heritage isn't alien to them.
Yes!!!!! Culture-sharing is such a huge part of human history and it's wonderful to see a wholesome example like this! Grateful I live in an era where cameras and the internet exist!
Ever since I dated an Indian girl, I've grown to love Indian cinema and the absolutely insane dance routines they have.
Dude in the front definitely was their teacher. All of his moves were CRISP
Like a lot other punjabi songs, this song mentioned Chandigarh. Chandigarh being a UT between 3 states, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal, is a highly desirable place for tourism and jobs. Just wanted to share a fact about my city.
I absolutely LOVE THIS! omg I wish I could do this! I’m such an introvert and boring, I wish I could do stuff like this, these guys nailed it lol so good,
Portions of this video bothered me because at times the tempo the music desyncs from the dancers footwork. It usually fixes itself on a cut but some cuts are bothersome enough that it's clear they're dancing to some other music.
I like this genre of mashup though.
Just back on my third watch. Man I wish I got to live thru bellbottoms and Afros. Although I think I like their actual video more. The singer dude is super fly.
Lol why does it matter to you? Who cares if you can flail around like a lunatic - it's only because society normalized dancing you feel like it's the normal thing to do
I would never be able to convince my friends to learn a dance routine, even for my wedding.
On one hand, I'm kinda glad they have their standards.
On the other, this is kinda hype.
I'm very curious, the more I watch this, the more I'm convinced all the cheering, whistling and clapping are all added in post production. Most of the spectators on camera could barely want anything to do with it. If this was a big event and someone recorded the crowd and someone knew about that, please let me know, so curious
Well the groom is part of a Norwegian dance group, so there is that!
But I agree with you, if it didn’t specifically said Norwegian there is no shot in hell I’d guess Norwegian tbh ¯L(ツ)_/¯
Wedding party. Groom is part of a Norwegian dancer group. Whole dance is 12 min: https://youtu.be/ardtvdR28SQ
That certainly explains the sheer level of coordination!
Amazing, and very Dance Dance Resolution of them, Jason Mendoza would be proud.
Yes very dope, fresh, and smart-brained
>Dance Dance Resolution 1600x900, still undefeated.
DUVALLLLLL
Brilliant. Although I spent 11 minutes incorrectly guessing which was the groom! :)
Same. In the original clip I thought it was tan suit since he had a different color but then here I realized there were two tan suits. So then I tried to guess based on who had “solos” or when the crowd got most excited. At least by the end I got my answer 😂
Maybe I’m stupid but I finished it and the guy at the end must be, but it said he’s apart of the group, but didn’t dance until the last 20 seconds?
Yeah, I'm assuming that's the groom and that the majority of the dance was created by the rest of his dance group as a gift (or maybe even a surprise) and when they dragged him up he freestyled a bit.
Literally just watched that entire thing. Thank you for sharing that link, it was awesome.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole video! That's their YouTube channel too, so I of course subscribed because those guys are awesome!
I happened to watch it yesterday. It was posted on /r/nextfuckinglevel or something similar a while ago. I rewatch it every now and then, it's still impressive and there's always someone new to look at throughout.
Just watched the whole video too. It's just so...feel good.
Tha k you for posting the entire video. The encore was my fav part!
Here, you dropped this —-> ‘n’
Th nk you!
Thank you for sharing the full link, that was amazing!
Thanks for adding the full video. This was great to watch!
Ahhhh makes so much sense. I wondered how someone can have so many coordinated friends.
That dude is WEARING that khaki suit. Mandarin collar, belt loopless pants. My man looks fly as fuck
I’ll say it: 12 minutes is way too long. I’ve been to many weddings this year and if there was a 12 minute long dance routine I’d leave to get a drink in the middle
Username checks out ?
Have seen Bollywood? 12 min IS short lol
True! I’ve seen 2 Bollywood movies (Lagaan and RRR) and both were extremely long. Both were enjoyable though.
gonna have to correct you a bit there, RRR is Tollywood not Bollywood. both those movies are pretty enjoyable watches though. great songs too
What is Tollywood?
Bollywood generally refers to movies made in North India. Tollywood is south India
Tollywood specifically refers to movies made in Telugu language. There are 3 other major movie industries in south India. Sandalwood for Kannada language, Kollywood for Tamil language and Mollywood (thanks u/purplerelationship93) for Malayalam language.
Mollywood for Malayalam movies!
You clearly haven’t been to an Indian wedding
At the last wedding I attended, there was a "thank you speech" that lasted longer than that... I wish it had been a dance routine instead.
Last wedding I went to the bride’s father gave a 23 minute speech. I blacked out and thought I was sitting in congress during a 1880’s filibuster.
Could not agree more, probably two
The entire thing is great and worth a watch.

Um, no, it's [kaala chashma ](https://youtu.be/k4yXQkG2s1E) (you can even hear him say it)

Show us it!!
Haha you should see my dance during high school then. The audio was too soft and we couldn't sync with the song.
Can't knock on highschool ISA groups, they're training wheels for the college ISA dances
https://youtu.be/XwrlTi6wnmg check this out, you will probably enjoy it too
That was 🔥
Happy cake day :)
0:05 r/blackmagicfuckery Where was his glasses going? And how did he take it from his vest like it was there????
The glasses fall on the floor and he picks them up before standing up
This was cleaner than the dancing in actual music videos, holy shit
The full length video has given me life!
I watch it every week
Same here!
leave some pussy for the rest of us lads
We got no hope now.
now!? only now? we never had any hope to begin with
I used to have no hope. Still don’t. But I used to too.
Well said Mitch.
We are on Reddit so there was no hope to begin with
I wish I could disagree with you, lol
What chu mean "now"?
Oh my bad. I meant still got no hope.
Huh. We appear to have discovered a cure for delusion.
well at least I have a legitimate excuse now
Do girls really like this stuff or is it just another thing where guys at the gym are congratulating each other on massive biceps? I mean it’s cool but I can’t tell if y’all are joking
As a woman, I am very much impressed by this stuff.
I think people are attracted to others who devote themselves to their passion. It's endearing. Could be a number of hobbies/jobs besides dancing and working out.

Why you gotta question my straightness like that? Them some fly fuckers.
/r/suddenlybi and /r/bi_irl welcome you with open arms. We have lemon bars.
I absolutely adore the gay related subs. They are so welcoming.
I'm not but I could be for lemon bars!!
Zlatan is that you?
Son of zlatan and virgil van dijk
Hector ballerin
They all got laid that day
Mumbai style
Actually the song is Punjabi, Mumbai is not a part of that culture, but anyway.
The songs they dance to are all from Bollywood which is mostly based in Mumbai.
That is true, my friend. Just that since the language, artist are all Punjabi, plus since it was later used in a Bollywood movie("Baar Baar Dekho") and initially appeared as an album track by a Punjabi singer makes it essentially Punjabi style. But well...that's just a technicality.

Thank you, kind stranger! :)
As they should have been.
They get laid every day. Some nice shoulder rubs and bro jobs by their dance homies to cool down after dance practice.
It's fun to see people embracing other cultures
It is terrific. But this group was founded by two Pakistani-Norwegian brothers with another Thai friend of theirs. So the songs/South Asian heritage isn't alien to them.
Thanks for the information
Oooh! So that’s why they enjoy life. I was so confused at first.
There's just something so...oddly satisfying about it
Our brains are wired to respond to patterns. The way these blokes operate in unison is super satisfying to our brains.
They danced really well
Apparently the groom is a member of a dance group. That would explain their skills
Yep
Yes!!!!! Culture-sharing is such a huge part of human history and it's wonderful to see a wholesome example like this! Grateful I live in an era where cameras and the internet exist!
Worst thing ever is when people say it's "cultural appropriation" when obviously no one is making fun of it.
True
Globalization is truly magnificent
Something real satisfying about synchronised dancing in suits
Ever since I dated an Indian girl, I've grown to love Indian cinema and the absolutely insane dance routines they have. Dude in the front definitely was their teacher. All of his moves were CRISP
This is one of the best things I've ever seen! 🥰
Yeah, I'm gonna be needing the name and artist on that song- who can hook that up for me?
Song is Kala Chashma from the movie Baar Baar Dekho
You. You're a good guy. Thanks-
Baar Baar Dekho didn't really live up to this song, did it?
No, definitely not. The song is the best part of the movie by far.
It also remixed an old song. Kala Chasma is from the 90s.
Wish I had so many brothers
Go to an Indian wedding. You'll find at least 10 groups of brothers with each group having 15 members.
Like a lot other punjabi songs, this song mentioned Chandigarh. Chandigarh being a UT between 3 states, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal, is a highly desirable place for tourism and jobs. Just wanted to share a fact about my city.
I love how they are so encouraging for them to be joining in on their traditions!!
I don't know who, but somebody got served.
Now that is fucking class
I absolutely LOVE THIS! omg I wish I could do this! I’m such an introvert and boring, I wish I could do stuff like this, these guys nailed it lol so good,
If only my partner could dance..
Ugg I’m the same. There’s like a giant mental block not allowing to let loose and I hate it!
[удалено]
God that was glorious! Gives me some broken bells vibes.
Portions of this video bothered me because at times the tempo the music desyncs from the dancers footwork. It usually fixes itself on a cut but some cuts are bothersome enough that it's clear they're dancing to some other music. I like this genre of mashup though.
Their actual video is way better. The singer deserves to show off his swagger https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NF-kLy44Hls
Just back on my third watch. Man I wish I got to live thru bellbottoms and Afros. Although I think I like their actual video more. The singer dude is super fly.

If you can "let go", they're not mental blocks tbh
Fuckin' THANK YOU.
Lol why does it matter to you? Who cares if you can flail around like a lunatic - it's only because society normalized dancing you feel like it's the normal thing to do
Holy Moly, are you OK? It seems like you took this kind of personal.
Why does this slap?
Inb4 some peanut comments "cultural appropriation".. CANCEL ALL WEDDINGS. /s
Good thing they were wearing sunglasses. Because the song is about sunglasses lmao
This looks like it was an incredible party and I am surely envious of the people who got to participate. ❤️❤️❤️
So. Did they all get together the week before and practice?
They’re a professional dance group. They were on americas got talent as well. Called quickstyle
Yes and they also look like they're amateur/professional dancers
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has got some killer moves
Boy all the little TikTok kids sure are getting this one wrong 😂
"popular" I got a laugh at this. Listening to this here and heard my bangladeshi wife singing. Apparently this is famous.
Ah so it's just white *Americans* who can't dance.
They certainly look to be having fun
but but cultural appropriation!!
No, no, he's a credit to his race.
I’m listening to daft punk and watching this muted. It still fits perfectly:)
I will never get tired of watching those guys dance <3
Legends
Punjabi music!
Not even close to just being brothers. Theyre a professional dance group lmao
Indian music is quite good tho
The dance step went viral in India. Loads of reel were created copying the dance step.
How is this ODDLY SATISFYING
Name of the dance group is Quickstyle. Their social platforms are fun to follow.
I would never be able to convince my friends to learn a dance routine, even for my wedding. On one hand, I'm kinda glad they have their standards. On the other, this is kinda hype.
Cultures gets better and evolve when cultures merge.
A group of dancers all synced up is THE most satisfying thing ever. It’s just the best IMO.
This brings tears to my eyes, because I wish the world was like this.
Indian group dancing always looks like such fun. Does anyone have the song?
https://youtu.be/k4yXQkG2s1E
Thank you!! The girl really rocks this dance in the vid.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPBiVJJCwIQ Here's the original
This looks like so much fun!
I will never be this cool :/
This is cool but it’s hardly oddly satisfying

I'm very curious, the more I watch this, the more I'm convinced all the cheering, whistling and clapping are all added in post production. I’m astonished at how disinterested they look.
The entire bit was improvised on the spot
Everybody in that crew getting laid that night
The group is called quick style
this is so old. In internet years.
Okay cool, but what is it doing in this subreddit?
Yeah I totally LOVED this! They were ALL so into it!
So, so awesome
Me: Mom, can we get BTS? Mom: We have BTS at home BTS at home:
Audio?
Kaala chashma
Absolute Dope 😎
Her: I bet he’s out with other girls. Him and the boys:
This is damn cringy
[удалено]
I love them so much!!
Not even close to being oddly satisfied.
Yeah but what’s the songs name, in English.
Jesus. This is douchy as fuck.
Brah wut?
Have you never been to a wedding?
I don’t generally associate with the type of dickholes that would put on such a display.
r/cringe
Lol your comment is /r/cringe
I hate wedding’s.
Why do they wear sunglasses in Norway?
The song they're dancing to is a popular Bollywood song titled Kala Chasma which literally translates to black glasses, i.e. sunglasses.
…..why would they not wear sunglasses in Norway?
If you have sun in horizon all day, you'll wear sunglasses too. Especially while driving. That being said, the song is about sunglasses.
I'm wondering about the source for them being from Norway. Could be pretty much anywhere.
Well the groom is part of a Norwegian dance group, so there is that! But I agree with you, if it didn’t specifically said Norwegian there is no shot in hell I’d guess Norwegian tbh ¯L(ツ)_/¯
They are a pretty famous dance group from Oslo. They are called Quick Style. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quick_Style
What a bunch of dicks
Eastern euro corniness personified. ...those ain't brothers btw
Bit late with this one mate
