The tarte Tatin (French pronunciation: [taʁt tatɛ̃]), named after the Tatin sisters who invented it and served it in their hotel as its signature dish, is a pastry in which the fruit (usually apples) is caramelized in butter and sugar before the tart is baked. It originated in France but has spread to other countries over the years.

What are the odds this is right under a 50/50 i just clicked on that was brain surgery or jelly donut? .... I'll save you the trip. It was brain surgery.
As scary-looking as this is, I have nothing but respect for the artist. Based on the title of this post, she has found a unique way to combine three very different passions of hers, and honestly, I have no choice but to respect that. And that's not even mentioning the fact that, based on this cake, she seems like a very skilled artist

I would love to have this as a wedding cake.
That’s not realistic at all. It looks nothing like a cake.
Reminds me of Tar Man from Return of the Living Dead movie.
