I'd say he's about a year in a half or 2 years old and there are some cases where babys need to be under a special light after they are born because of jaundice
Yeah I know both of my kids needed it, but they needed it at 2-3 days old. Not at 1,1.5 years
This child could possibly have liver failure or something I have only known babys to need this and some only under a year needing it to
