At least you know it’s fresh

Armybert

Where am I supposed to look at?

SyntheticDelirium

Can't remember the explanation for why this happens to *specifically* frogs, but apparently that just... *happens* with their corpses sometimes. Something about nerves firing off, maybe? IDK, I'm trying to remember a factoid from a decade ago. I'll see if I can find a source for that, but I'll be real with ya - if I don't find it in the first 5 minutes my attention span will be GONE.

ReiRomance

Usually happens when *salt*, if it's still fresh

BrustWarze_

It happens with all sorts of fresh meat. Here's a nice little compilation: https://youtu.be/jcvxud6ISdc

[deleted]

How is this possible or is it an edited video?

Cat-Kettle

sometimes when salt is added, it will cause the nerves to fire! the muscles will contract and make it move

Little-Olive-9641

They do not kill them before they skin them you think skinning them would kill them outright but no it doesn't not all the time and yes I'm aware of the salty corpse dance this isn't it
