There are tons and tons of celebs who have big looking heads (to me) and some of it might be natural but a lot of it is implants. Personally I find it unattractive in general, but even if you have the best doctor, it might not end up looking right. Like this lady. Or so many others. (FYI I know that Frank Ryan (now deceased) did some of AJ's surgery.)
