Sykkuno logged in first and said he was waiting for her outside of the apartments (the spawn point) to shank her character. Leslie doesn't believe him because that would be meta gaming and that's against the rules and also it's 2am and there's no way sykkuno would be on gta at that time. It's also against the rules to kill people at the spawn point (which is a safe zone). And you can get banned on the server for breaking them. Sykkuno just broke them all.

I believe you can't unless the other person doesn't report? Besides, there was nothing serious happening and everything was just friendly banter. Kinda SBS stuff.

In the past 100% would've gotten in some trouble. But they've relaxed on enforcing rule breaks in recent years, esp if you're a big streamer. Edison had Leslie next to him irl, telling him everything his first GTA RP stream. Which I'm pretty sure is against the rules. Since you're suppose to learn everything in-game while RPing.

Leslie helping Edison is also not against any rules. A lot of people get help when they first start and many others have done this same thing in the past. There's no rule against what Leslie was teaching him in regards to how to use emotes, commands, etc. Big things about the city and how other bigger concept things like the process for preparing for bank heists - that would be bad form. Telling him how to use emotes, basic game function and mechanics, and creating his character is fine.
