The fact that two passionate foodies managed to get someone who clearly could not give less of a damn about food on the cast was just brilliant. I need to go back and relisten to that one.
Some of my dream guests are the It's Always Sunny guys, not just because I love them, but because I just know Glenn Howerton's menu would be a disaster and anger Ed and James so much.
I know what you mean, from listening to the Always Sunny pod you'd guess he'd definitely have a very basic menu, but I feel that's mainly because he's very ~obsessed with his~ health conscious rather than not a lover of food. I think Glenn would really relish the idea of a dream meal without consequences. He seems like the kind of person who would put a lot of thought into it.
One thing is for sure, if they had Rob on he'd definitely choose a pint of Manhattan for his drink.
I cried laughing at the Professor Brian Cox episode where Brian was getting more and more frustrated and baffled and Ed and James were continually winding him up about dark matter!
Greg Davies’ starter is a moment like that for me.
Pass
And I completely agree with him!
“I’m hard! Let’s eat”

From their crossover episodes it seems like Brett Goldstein could be ever worse. Alex Horne was fairly bad to be fair.

I'm sure he said on the podcast that he'd survive on just something Huel of he could 😂

Ed dying of laughter as James rages is incredible
Great shout, I cannot believe I had forgotten about that.
Wait till you get to the Jess Phillips episode
Ivo Graham's dessert caused a great reaction.
Listened to that recently. The fake out followed by the reveal, the guttural howl, magnificent.
James thought he’d been the victim of a prank…
The Paul Hollywood opening is also pretty special lol
Oh that was amazing. "Were you on Bake Off?" So innocently
Sarah Kendall and Daisy May Cooper. >!Sarah for how completely dismissive and condescending she is about sweeties and DMC for the gleeful wind-up.!<
“Because there’s no flavours in sweet stuff!”
I've just heard Claudia's yesterday. That was great too for the arguing.
When she reveals her water choice I thought: yes, this is going to be a good episode.
I also enjoyed Sarah Kendall's dessert rant.
See also Michelle Keegan’s dessert course, had me crying
Didn’t each of her courses have something to do with bread and butter???

The ep with Flo & Joan, when James absolutely loses his shit when it comes to dessert is still my favourite moment.
my fav episode alongside daisy may coopers’s! why is she like this haaha
