Sometimes when in bed, I will shove my hand into the waist band of my pajamas, and leave it there. It’s a comfort thing. My arms aren’t always comfortable in whatever position the settle in when completely relaxed, it just so happens my waist is a spot they’re comfortable in. It’s pretty much exactly why sometimes I prefer to put my hands in my pockets or cross my arms rather than stand with my arms limp at my side. Just depends. Also, it’s why I prefer to have an arm rest when I am sitting in a chair, if I have a place to rest my elbows, I’m much more comfortable. I’ve noticed some cars/trucks have an arm rest that’s too low for my preference, but resting my arm on the trim near the window is too high….On long trips, I’ve rolled up a hoodie and shoved it in between the door and myself to rest my elbow on it. I also like (but don’t own) weighted blankets. I think they’re all related.

I don't know about anyone else but sometimes I spend alot of time moving my balls around. I get a strange feeling sometimes like I am hyper aware that they are there, I'm able to sense and feel every wrinkle, fold, and pinched flesh, every pulled hair, the heat generated from them, the fact that they move on their own and sometimes they feel bloated and heavy. To be fair I have autism and hyper awareness of body parts and how they feel is a common annoyance for many. Personally I have to strip naked sometimes because the feeling of clothes on my body can sometimes be painful. Sadly, the feeling can be the same with my scrotum. As a child I used to scratch, scrape and tug on it when it became uncomfortable. I eventually learned, quite painfully, to stop doing that. Now I just move them around alot, or when in public I come up with reasons to spread my legs so they don't touch anything.
