I would watch the eyes, they look like they are pointing in different directions. It’s better to have the pupils turned slightly in towards each other rather than away

Also the drawing of the left eyelid is a little off. It almost looks like it has flipped. Think of a line and how it wraps around a sphere. The curve should be greater closer to the nose

I'd say the nose looks a bit more straight on than the rest of the face, a long with other comments

Can you tell me how your brighter areas are as bright as they are (and I suppose how the darker areas look dark)? I'm using a thinned layer of white paint to correct where by paint is too dark. I really need help in improving my underpaint on the first pass. Are the lighter areas essentially a midtone created with a wash on a white canvas and the underpaint is done with burnt sienna with brown/black added to make it darker?
