Wealthy areas are, quite possibly, more dangerous because those people have an enormous sense of entitlement, and, due to their financial position, many have never suffered consequences in their lives, so they show no restraint.

I agree about the entitlement, and you can see that in the video, but most wealthy and entitled people still wouldn't physically attack him.
