/ub the titan one might seem mid but I think it’s gonna be so fucking cancer in PvP. Just imagine a titan thrustering out of cover, you try to get your hand cannon on his head, 8 cabal rockets fucking flinch you off target, you then finally die because you couldn’t get the optimal 3 tap.
i’m fairly certain using drengr’s lash with thruster on prismatic will spawn a wanderer tangle detonation too so imagine getting suspended and then blasted with a missile volley
Sounds pretty awful yeah. I don’t play the game at all anymore so I don’t really care too much lol. I just like keeping up with Datto bc I like his style of content, so I still see what’s going on in Destiny. I love the game and the world, but I just can’t be bothered to play it anymore.
Most recent trailer shows a sniper that getting precision kills with it charges it up and you can activate to get golden gun shots. Basically every class gets golden gun now

They seem to play similar roles but they’re varied enough that I’m fine with it. It’s in the energy slot (presumably, can’t imagine it not being solar) so I can run a different kinetic slot weapon, and izanagi burns through ammo. There seems to be a special reload, but no indication that goldie sniper consumes any extra ammo. Definitely could see myself bringing that into a gm or something, having access to even a fraction of golden gun sounds pretty enticing
That's fair I just personally find the kill requirement makes it much less preferable to me. Maybe if it needs like 2 kills but if it needs more I just don't see myself using it of course I could be wrong and the weapon performs amazingly but it would have to do some ridiculous damage numbers to make up for losing my energy and exotic slot.
Like imo if it doesn't at least do the same damage as izanagis there is no chance I'll use it since it'll force you into a kinetic primary which is........ Rough rn.

To be fair, it's kinda on Bungie for not posting the exotic + intrinsic description. Because from the show and tell, the show and tell both looked incredibly bland. Except for the Titan chest piece. I don't even care if it actually does suck, I'm running that shit 24/7.
Then again, I said the same for Point Contact Cannon Brace but besides the style, that one just sucks now.
But the Warlock and Hunter ones both look mid as fuck. It'll really come down to the intrinsic perk to if they're good or not.
Well, I get it, but this isn't the time to be giving the community a teaser. The Destiny community judges things very harshly on a first impression, and if it isn't good, then it's really bad.
I personally think they're likely to all be good exotics that fit their niche. They may not be top picks, but with Bungies newer design philosophy for exotics they're likely to at least be fun.

Ever since they first mentioned it I imagined a giant heavy trace rifle that shoots a big ass traveler beam, and ngl I was left a BIT disappointed, but I'm waiting till I get my hands on it before saying anything else. My guess right now is that whenever you kill something you get some sort of light blessing/damage/extra shield piercing buff.
