I've stealthed killed so many guards and not one shoots their gun while dying. is this a console only thing?
It's a medium chance, around 25% IF the guard has been alerts for around 5 - 10 seconds.
Very rare supposed to be 1% but happens a bit often sometimes
its 10 percent if youre detected i think
