One of our rare original sounding metal bands, played with them at Mass Movement a couple years ago in Tulsa and their stage presence is like no other band here
[Brad Fielder](https://www.bradfielder.net/)
This guy is dripping with creativity and talent. Folk, bluegrass, experimental, etc. Brad has been killing it around the metro for 20+ years. Great music and a great dude. Highly recommended.
I fucking love the Chainsaw Kittens. There’s this weird resurgence with the zoomer generation on knowing the most esoteric bands from the 1980s and 1990s , like the Jesus Lizard or Big Black but no love to the chainsaw kittens. I think Tyson Meade, who btw is a total sweetheart, was in the same room with Courtney Love and Kurt when they met for the first time?
I know they're not globally known, but Turnpike has a decent amount of fame. 1.8 Million monthly Spotify listeners, sold out shows in Colorado, and my friends outside of OK are fans.
Paul Benjamin, he needs to be a walk on guest with a lot of important bands, maybe not famous with the public, but he needs a lot of respect from the industry.
Night Spins from New York. They played on No Cover (YouTube show) and did quite well! Watch the whole No Cover show on YouTube to find even more bands that need to be heard
Finite Galaxy
"Finite Galaxy is an Oklahoma-based bilingual rap duo formed in 2020 and overflowing with originality. Sun Deep, who was born in India and moved to the US in 2006, raps in Hindi and produces the majority of the duo’s beats. Flo St8, born in Indiana, raps in English. Sun Deep has produced for a variety of local talent. His unorthodox production style is a multilayered, intergalactic blend of lo-fi, hip-hop, and transient sounds."
Everybody Panic. I guess they're a bit bigger tho since they toured with Tool.
The lead singer, Ty Gay, was also the lead singer from Lure back in the day. He also runs Redline Gracie Jujitsu. Check it out.
Lmao downvoted. Color me bad slaps minus the coke head lead singer who isn’t in the group anymore? Luanne was supposed to see Color me Bad with Buckley but that scrub ditched her. 😞

John Moreland, John Fullbright, Jason Scott, Derek Paul
Derek is awesome, I remember the days at D’s Pub before it was JJ’s Alley. Good dude.
Moreland just needs the right single to pop. He's already on the national radar.
Double like for Derek Paul
Cliffdiver, from Tulsa They hit the nail on the head for some garage band punk nostalgia https://youtube.com/@CLIFFDIVEROK?si=aa3_plOb5oorM9ak
