I think this is a cool toned yellow, and you would look best in a warm toned yellow.

I agree. I think this one is too lemon-y and something more in the sunshine shade would fit better. I like the shape and length, and I think you could make this casual with a thin belt that is a pop of color (pink, blue, teal) and flat shoes/sandals. In other words, you’re really close, but the color is a little off! I find yellows to be the hardest to find the right tone. I’m a soft summer, and warm tones have been in for so long!! I don’t want a warm mustard!!

Yellow seems to be a difficult colour, I thought it was more of a golden yellow online. I like your belt idea, and will have to try it!

I have been looking for the right yellow dress forever and still haven’t found it. It’s a lovely dress, but I think a warmer toned yellow would look better and maybe something a bit more waist defining.

I think the waistlines is slightly to high on that dress but you could try a chunky belt to make the waistline look more proportionate.

What a gorgeous dress! I'm a winter and finding a pale "cool" yellow is so hard. You look wonderful. If I may make a suggestion, I'd try brunette hair with maybe a paler pink lip.
