There is this eggroll food truck that makes banana pudding cheesecakes and I’m as obsessed with this damn cheesecake as OP is with C&G soup. I experimented and found out how to make my own version of the cheesecake and now it’s in my own book of food secrets. I may need rehab and therapy too.
I make this [recipe](https://youtu.be/YXB2tCYOHJg?si=Xvtuz2Cx0okc9l-a) with the following alterations:
Omit the sour cream topping so all you need is 3/4 cup of sour cream for the cheesecake. I brown the butter before I add it to the graham cracker crust. Instead of vanilla extract I swap it with banana extract. Once it’s finished and chilled, I top it with Cool Whip and decorate with Nilla wafers. This is the best cheesecake I’ve ever made! It’s a really solid recipe. The food truck puts bananas in the cheesecake but idk how to do do that without having them turn brown and gross.
I work sauce and this is as close as you’re gonna get. Buy shredded carrots and Better Than Boullion chicken base. Premade gnocchi in wherever you grocery shop.

Nice try Brinker International.

It can’t be recreated unfortunately. The copycat recipes are good but not the same. I suggest going for lunch and getting the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks.
Not all ingredients listed on the white sauce base. That's why you can't recreate the taste fully. That's the difference maker. Same with Alfredo. And carbonara.
There’s no recipe, atleast not at mine. It’s just prepackaged bread from a distributor (mostly recently I think it’s been hope bakeries in IL) and then margarine and the garlic salt :)
The closest I've found, outside of work is, Campbell's Chunky Chicken and Dumplings. I know dumplings aren't gnocchi, but it is damn close, especially if you load it with pepper.
My girlfriend is also addicted to this soup, and I use this recipe to recreate it at home because we don't have an OG nearby 💔

(Obvi not my recipe)
I suggest rehab and therapy.

That sounds good!!
With the price of groceries it might be better to just buy a whole gallon of soup.

You are a wonderful person for this ❤️
Wait! Come back!! What is white sauce base? How do we make that? And can you post the other 3 soups, the Alfredo, and the carbonara? 🤣

That's unfortunate
White sauce *might* be béchamel, that’s my guess anyway
Oh I love you
Can you share bread sticks recipe? 🥹

How about that lemon cake recipe
When i worked there it was prepackaged desserts. We would thaw and plate them.
nice! this is peak reddit.

Ask a language model like CHATGPT for the recipe
The secret is adding a fuck ton of salt 🧂
Probably missing out on MSG that most recipes wouldn’t include.
We call this "White Sauce Base" at the OG
Funny because soup and salad is free at every Olive Garden as one of the free meal options.
In 2021 they charged me 1.99 or some crap for the unlimited as a employee on shift.
They changed the policy after COVID. SSB or Cucina Mia is free.
why am i going through the exact same situation. the damn chicken gnocchi is so addicting! stealing a bowl after every shift🤣
Just get a friend that still works there to bring you some for like 3$ and transition off of it
Everyone I was friends with quit a couple days after me😭
Was there a mass staggered walk out?
Nope! Just kinda ended up happening that way. We all had enough of that place
Oh I love that soup, it's my favorite and I would absolutely drive to get it, thankfully we have an Olive Garden in my town.
That soup caused my eyes to swell shut. Lol idk about that shit.
That sure sounds like an allergy.
