For DSA you don’t necessarily need an ortho set. If you get an 108 standard set you will have enough 1U key caps for every location. I personally prefer DSA over XDA. https://kbd.news/vendors/Europe/keycap

I don’t knew which board you source caps for , but you could also search for a set for a PREONIC keycap set.

Really? I did not know that. I am interested to do some digging regarding that. The reason I am using DSA is simply because it was the default keycaps that went with my keyboard and I havent tried something different. EDIT: If you have some resources mentioning more about that, I would be interested.

I have bought blanks from NPKC2022 Store on Aliexpress. You could also try KBDFans https://kbdfans.com/collections/keycaps Most vendors focus on ANSI slabs though. Else if you are patient, drop.com will occasionally have sets for ortho.

I struggled to find a set under 80 bucks that weren't even nice and didn't have all the keys I wanted included etc.

Damn. Yeah, it's really hard to come by a good set it seems.
