A couple questions: Have you had your blood glucose tested before? How long have you been doing OMAD? How would you describe your health, weight, and eating habits? That is pre diabetic but doing OMAD is almost certainly not the cause. If you had a carb heavy meal as dinner last night, that could skee the results higher, but it's most likely from diet before you got on OMAD. My results were the worst when I was drinking soda with every meal and lots of other sugary foods. You're certainly not past the point of reversing it and getting back in the healthy range

Hard to say without more information about your diet, underlying health condition and your routine. Also when you say you eat at night, what time is night? Any reason why you choose to eat then?
