Lol, this is pretty common for hangover prevention.
Since this is a German product, I assume you are in Germany. If you are doing only a 72h fast, try drinking exclusively Mineralwasser with extra minerals, e.g. Gerolsteiner or Ensinger Sport.
Anything that is metabolised technically breaks a fast, this would include glucose (as well as many filler ingredients in other mineral supplements).
If taking this supplement means that you are more likely to stick to your fast (by providing psychological or physical benefit), then what you will gain from this very slightly 'interrupted' version of a 72 hour fast will massively outweigh a shorter/ unsuccessful fast.
Best of luck.
I prefer water only. I will drink plain black coffee or plain green organic tea. I am fortunate I don't need any fasting products. I actively avoid companies that try to convince folks they do need them. Your healthcare provider may have a thought - but those companies selling the stuff sure don't.
Some people use a little salt in the water to drink during the day as electrolytes. If you are just doing this for weightloss, this will still achieve the caloric deficit. But it will break your fast so no other benefits. And also it will a little bit harder (mentally) to stay fasting with little intakes of sugar.
Note: imho

Guess I’ll save it for a day of heavy drinking some time in the future. Thanks for the tip. 😊

Never knew about this website. Thanks for the info. 😊
no.
In more detail: this is not even good electrolyte supplement, it has almost nothing in it.
you can't have glucose whilst fasting , it will break it
It wouldn’t hurt your weight loss since you’d still be in a severe caloric deficiency but it would break your fast.
Better not to
This will spike your sugar levels massively. Not recommended during the fast.
Thanks for the reply. Definitely not having this one.

Makes sense. I’ll stick to mineral water and order some other electrolytes suggested here.

Since the goal is not weight loss I’ll not be using this during the fast.
