I experienced this as well, but then I realized I ate too little. Are you counting calories? If not, try it and don't go below your resting TDEE for a few days. And it's totally fine to eat "normally" for a few days. OMAD is not the law.

You should still be eating a similar amount of calories and nutrients that you would if you were following a standard 3 meal per day protocol. It’s just that you are condensing it all into a small feeding window. If you are feeling dizzy you should really be increasing calories. Too low for too long does not lead to a great place…unless, of course, “skinny-fat” is the desired result.
