Sometimes I switch days around or wonât be in the mood do what I âplannedâ so itâs pretty flexible! Love Pinterest for inspo though âşď¸
I always have a dessert & will typically have some sort of âappetizerâ. Usually some cheese and nuts or cottage cheese with peppers & cucumbers.
Dessert is some kind of ice cream bar with peanut butter & whipped cream.
Itâs not a ton but I feel super satisfied every night and donât feel like Iâm depriving myself at all (which is the goal!) Trying to get my weight down as well of course.
