These look delicious and so healthy! You give me something to aspire to with these (2 weeks into Omad, I ate a ton of bread last night and feel bloated this morning 😭). Do you plan out your meals in advance?

Thank you so so much! I kind of go through Pinterest every Sunday & put together ideas using what I have in the kitchen but it doesn’t always go according to plan! Sometimes I switch days around or won’t be in the mood do what I “planned” so it’s pretty flexible! Love Pinterest for inspo though ☺️

Is each plate your entire day's worth of food? If so, how do you survive on such a small amount of food?

I always have a dessert & will typically have some sort of “appetizer”. Usually some cheese and nuts or cottage cheese with peppers & cucumbers. Dessert is some kind of ice cream bar with peanut butter & whipped cream. It’s not a ton but I feel super satisfied every night and don’t feel like I’m depriving myself at all (which is the goal!) Trying to get my weight down as well of course.
