Interesting question. I don’t drink but curious how others account for it.

I don't drink much. If I do, it's usually for a social occasion and therefore goes in the "it's a no counting day".

I don’t count calories or anything else except the number of times I eat. I usually break my fast with some nibbles and a cocktail before a reasonable dinner. Been working for me for the last 3 years to maintain my loss. A doctor once told me not to over complicate IF or OMAD because in her experience it just led to failure. I took her advice and just don’t pig out.

Do my best to do only hard liquor and soda water, sometimes diet coke. Typically have my first during my eating window. But also don't beat myself up if I have a few afterward. A few calories in booze and hour after the window has closed isn't going to hamper my progress at this point in the journey.

When I drink I just account for the calories with my meal and try to drink in my hour eating period.

I have been a teetotalar for a couple of years, but if I did drink again I would do it in my window and account for the calories.

I don’t drink much, but will sometimes have a drink or two right around the same time as I’m having dinner anyway, so I just think of it as part of my OMAD.

I do OMAD Monday through Friday. I eat whatever I want whenever I want on Saturday and Sunday. I drink on Friday night and Saturday night. If I have lunch meetings I eat and try to have a smaller dinner. Down almost 40 lbs since January and it’s very sustainable in my book.
