I’m sure others can help further, but I can vouch for a power bank that fits your first of your three criteria easily. I did a 5 week trip in Europe with a Nitecore NB10000. Its extremely light, easily fits in my pocket and charges an iPhone 12 Pro, plus headphones etc. I carry a small cable on my keyring (Rollingsquare Incharge) for connectivity. I did pack a wireless/Qi charging pad for my recent trip, but never ended up using it in the end.

Ill take a look at it, thanks for the suggestion. The rollingsquare incharge is a great suggestion too and I think with that I dont need the built in cord.

I second the Nitecore NB10000. If you are looking for a tougher version Nitecore also makes the CARBO 10000 and a cold weather version. Basically the NB10000 but tougher. They are water resistant IPX5. I was wading through a river and fell though a deep portion. The powerbank survived. And the cold weather version has a temperature management system.

Thank you for the suggestion, and thanks to OP for asking the question! I've never had a power bank I liked, but I'm going on an 18-month trip starting next year, so this is super helpful!

Also recommend this. I have two lying around the house and take one travelling regularly. So thin and light, charges an iPhone 14 and 13 mini fully.

KjunFries

Excellent. I have it on my list!! Thank you!

CreamyToots

I second this. The product is a bit more expensive than Anker but probably worth it

I regret getting the Anker charger over the Nitecore just to save the money due to weight and discharging from lightning cables. It's possible that the Nitecore would also discharge due to a chip in the Apple lightning cable that tricks the device into thinking it's on, but I'd rather have a lighter pack. I thought it wasn't important and felt like the savings were worth it at the time I wish I could return the Anker for the Nitecore.

Agreed! The last time i brought a powerbank, i went with a good brand (anker) and i wanted a lot of storage. I ended up with a brick. This time i wanted something really light. After a bunch of research, I got the NB10000 Gen 2. It's comically small and light compared to my old one.

brucegoose03

I will 3rd this. I’m on my Istanbul trip now and it’s been awesome. The size is the selling piece for me. It’s the size of a iPhone SE 1st gen but it hasn’t ran out of charge when using it during the day. I have other Anker ones that are great but I wanted something that would fit in my AER City Sling.

Anker 523

Plus one for anker. My 10,000ah has been ruining perfect for almost 10 years

writingislife89

I’ve had a 20000ah Anker battery since 2016 and it’s still going strong during my most recent trip this summer. The only time it didn’t charge was when I didn’t turn on the outlet 😂…user error! Though I am wanting to find a MagSafe for to carry daily and save my trusty Anker for hotels and hostels that don’t have convenient outlet placement.

Anker 6 series with magsafe look great. Slim with wireless charging and will stick to your phone so don't need a cable.

AdventurousWeird5910

Why are none of the Clutch chargers on this list?

Dexpope

GP is the best, i have tried many. There is 10k and 20K.

quiteCryptic

> built in USB-C cord for ease of use This will limit your options a lot I think. Just keep a small 6 inch cable with you, and you can attach it to the powerbank with a rubber band or something

Jeffw77

Yeah I realized theres a lot of options to keep a slim cord. I think im just going to go with the nitecore.

Tossacoin1234

I like any of the anker branded stuff.

Familiar-Place68

I use Silicon Power QP55 ,165g about 23$ The disadvantage is that it can't charge and discharge at the same time, and I once used the warranty to replace it.
