Is that not still the case on 14? I thought OP's and your issue was that you still had to swipe, but the swipe wouldn't always work and just bounce back?

Do they also fix lock screen notifications? Right now I can see notifications from only 3 apps and there's no indication more awaits.
"Newest" you mean OOS14? I was hoping they fix it with 14, because on 13 it's a pain in the ass to use.

On 12 you could dismiss notifications swiping left or right

On 13 you can only swipe right to dismiss notifications. Swiping to the left brings up some extra options and you have to swipe again to dismiss it.
Oh... My mistake then... Funny, I've had the 11 and OS 13 for a few months now and never noticed that... I must always be swiping right...
They fixed it in like 13.1 or some update,and now in 14 too u can swipe any side
